Monkeys Jumping On The Bed

Allie is singing along to her iPod game "No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed"

Hudson James Garver

Our friends Brooke and Nathan welcomed
their second boy on Sunday afternoon.
He was born at 2:23 pm, weighed 6 lbs and
14 oz, and was 20 inches long.
He looks just like his big brother Owen.
Everyone is doing well.

Easter Day

The Easter Bunny Was Here

The Easter Bunny was really nice to Allie. She got
a new t-ball set and glove and bat, way too much
candy and lots of other goodies in her basket. She
woke up and and said "I think the Easter Bunny came
last night, but he's not still here is he?". She was
terrified of seeing the giant bunny.
She would pick up the plastic eggs and shake
them, if she didn't hear anything she would throw it
down and say that there was nothing in it. We had
to convince her to open them to see that there was
dollar bills inside.

New sunglasses that look similar to Mommy's.

Daddy helping her find all the eggs. The Easter Bunny
must have thought that Allie was really tall, because
some of the eggs were hidden in really high places.

This is the final product of our experience
at Firehouse Pottery. Allie gave the frog mug
that she painted to Mimi for her birthday. Mimi
loved her new mug.

Polar Bear, Polar Bear

Allie reading Polar Bear, Polar Bear to Izzie.

Allie's First Wienie Roast

Allie and I were invited to Owen's house for
a wienie roast Tuesday evening. This was her
first experience and I think she held the hotdog
over the fire for maybe two minutes. She told me the
night before that she didn't like hotdogs and that she
would just eat some chips. So, she had 3 crackers,
some cheese puffs, and at least 2 glasses of tea. After eating
it was time to take a bath. They were in the bath for at least
15 - 20 minutes, with only some minor issues and tattling
from both sides. All in all, a great night!
