Painting Pottery

Since gymnastics was canceled last night we decided

to go to Firehouse Pottery. Allie and Izzie both

picked out a coffee mug with a frog on it.

The mugs turned out to be quite interesting. We get

to pick them up Monday after they have fired them.

I can't wait to see the finished product.

After painting her mug Allie found a play corner that

had one of her favorite books, "Polar Bear, Polar Bear".

She decided to read it to Izzie.

Spring Is Here

It was so nice Friday that we actually were

able to go to the park and play. Allie wanted

Addison to come with us, so Tina met us there.

The girls had so much fun that didn't want to leave.

Surprise Party

Saturday afternoon we had a surprise party for Jeff's 60th

birthday. It was a great time and I am pretty sure he was

surprised. The best part was that his friends Chuck and Kathy

from Wisconsin walked in. It was great to be able to see them.

Happy 60th Birthday Papa!!!!!

After Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday afternoon we went

to Papa and Gigi's house to celebrate Papa's 60th

birthday. The first thing Allie says when she walks in

the door is "I bought you a card and present, Papa". She

couldn't wait for him to open his card. She even wrote

her name in it by herself.

Allie found a pair of her daddy's old boots. They look
good with that black patent purse!

They were so excited about his cake. Each of them
requested to eat an eyeball (which was pure frosting).

Nothing better than licking a candle straight out of the cake.

Playtime At Chuck E. Cheese

Sunday afternoon we met Brooke, Nathan, and Owen

at Chuck E. Cheese so the kids could play together. They

had a good time and Allie even shared her pizza with Owen.

Disney Playhouse Live!

Last night Tara and I took Izzie and Alllie to see Disney

Live. We went to eat at Quiznos before the show.

They had a great time and both asked when they

could go see Mickey again.

Valentine's Day
