Barbie vs. Princess

Shane and Travis have been wanting to take
Allie and Addison fishing together. So, we took
their poles with us on the boat. The girls were
not so fond of the worms and the guys pretty much
did the fishing. It was Travis with his Princess
pole and Shane with his Barbie pole. Travis and Addison
came out on top with 1 1/2 fish. I say 1 1/2 because
the first one they had on came off right before they
could get it in the boat. Shane and Allie are ready for
a rematch. Maybe Team Barbie can make a comeback.
I am not sure who had the most fun, Shane and Travis or
Addison and Allie.

The one that got away!

Eeeewwww, WORMS!

The battle of the pink poles.

The BIG catch.

Lake Life

We spent last weekend at the lake with Tina, Travis,
and Addison. The girls had a really good time on
the boat. They didn't even mind wearing their
life jackets.

Riding a four wheeler at Tanger in Branson.

WATER FIGHT!
They loved spraying each other with
their water bottles.

The tag on her bathing suit was bothering
her. She kept pulling on it and she
insisted that she change suits.

Play Time Outside

I am so glad that summer is here. Allie can
play outside all day and night. This past
weekend she was inside only when it was time
to eat and sleep. That means that all of her extra
energy gets burned. Yeah!!!

On The Road Again

Allie and I decided that we hadn't done enough
traveling so we went to Bulter for the weekend.
I got to see my new nephew, Chance, for the first time.
He is just too cute (even if he does look just like
his daddy). Allie loves him and is always talking
about him. She wasn't jealous of me holding him
for probably 3 of the 4 hours that we were there.
We also got to see my dad, whom we hadn't had
a chance to see since Easter. Overall, it was a
great weekend.

Papa Steve with Chance and Allie.

Mimi with her 2 babies.

I love how Allie has her legs crossed
and her hand up by her head. She
looks so grown up.
