After Gymnastics Class

After gymnastics Allie and Izzie had fun running

aroung the gym chasing each other. They were

laughing so hard they could hardly breathe.

I think they might have had more fun doing this

than their actual gymnastics class.

Cubbies vs Cards

Last Friday we went to St. Louis with Brooke

and Nathan for the Cubs vs. Cards game on

Saturday. We toured the brewery Sat. morning

then went to Laclede's Landing and the arch. It

was a great weekend even if the Cubs did get beat!

Chance Lucas Poulter

Happy Birthday Baby Chance

Today Mason and Amanda had a new

baby boy at 8:12 a.m.. His name is

Chance Lucas Poulter. He weighed

7 pounds 9 ounces and is

21 inches long. Everyone is doing well.

Hopefully we will have some pictures up soon!

My First French Braid

Wednesday night before gymnastics I convinced

Allie to let me do her hair. We had a trade-off...

I got to french braid her hair and she got to

use ALL of the soap in the dispenser. She played in

the sink the entire time and didn't mind that I

was fixing her hair. I think that it took a

good 15-20 minutes with her constantly

moving around.

Disney on Ice

Saturday we had a girls day out with

Addison, Tina, & Gigi. Allie and Addison

had a great time clapping and cheering at all

the Disney characters. Allie, of course, had

to have popcorn. After the show we went to

McDonald's for a happy meal. By the time we

got home it was definitely time for a nap. Allie

was asleep within 15 minutes. Thank you Gigi

for a great day!!!!!

Easter With The Erickson's

After church we went to Travis & Tina's.

Gigi and Pops brought the girls Easter

baskets that were stuffed full. Allie and

Addison were running, jumping, screaming,

and everything else that little girls do. They

were excited to see each other and the abundance

of sugar may have added to the excitement.

Addison got a pop-up playhouse for Easter that was

a huge hit. Even Gigi got in the house with the girls.

Hoppy Easter!

On Easter morning Allie woke up to find that the

Easter Bunny found our house. He brought Allie

a basket full of goodies and even a pink car (he must

have been looking through our attic). She went through

her basket and with each thing would say "Mommy

open it". Needless to say she ate a lot of chocolate and

even a sucker before church.

Rich Hill Easter Egg Hunt

Friday we went to Butler to see Mimi and

Papa for Easter. We stayed Friday night and

on Saturday we went to Rich Hill for the

egg hunt. Allie had a blast looking for candy

and plastic eggs. She found more than

enough chocolate...she was eating M&M's

and a Nestle crunch bar before we even left

the park. Allie did get to see Papa Steve while

we were there. We had so much fun and it was

good to see everyone that we hadn't seen in a while.

basket at the same time, so Mommy had to

carry the basket.
